Which agency software does the AI assistant work in?
It's set up for EZLynx first and Applied Epic second, plus carrier websites and your email. The assistant uses them the way a person does, through the screen on a computer in your agency, with its own login. It doesn't need a special integration from the vendor.
What that means for you
- It uses its own user account, so its work shows in your system's history like a staff member's.
- If your software or a carrier site changes, Tyler adjusts the assistant. A fault is fixed within 1 business day, or that month is free.
- Other agency systems, such as HawkSoft, are quoted on request. Help switching agency software is available as an add-on.
What's checked
Each chore is tried in your own system during setup, before it runs for real. This site won't list a system as working until it has been.
